We strive to ship all items in 1-3 business days. Every order can also be picked up in-store at our Greensboro location during business hours. Returns and exchanges can both be done in-store and online.

In-Store Returns
Items purchased online or in-store can be returned in-store within 30 days. Clearance items may not be returned unless damaged during delivery.
Online Returns
Purchases made online made be returned in-store or online within 30 days. Simply choose the item you want to return, print a prepaid label, and drop it at the post office. Clearance items may not be returned unless damaged during delivery.
Product Exchange & Credit
Clothing doesn't fit? Changed your mind about which painting to get? We're happy to offer exchanges in-store and online (with shipping costs). If the new item is less than the original, we can add the difference in credit to your account (and you keep your loyalty points)!
